The Theory and Practical Driving Tests
The UK driving test process involves two key stages: the theory test and the practical driving test. The theory test includes a multiple-choice section on road signs and driving rules, along with a hazard perception assessment. Passing this is a prerequisite to booking your practical test.
The practical test assesses your driving skills in real-world conditions, including independent driving and performing specific manoeuvres. Success requires thorough preparation and a good understanding of road safety.
